I was reluctant to apply much force, the manual says push in and turn, I saw no movement when I pushed in. Once I accepted the possibility of breaking the emblem and having slim chance of a replacement being available, it was easy. Turns out all I needed to do was gently pry it straight out with pla...

Anyone know a secret to remove emblem from tilt/tele wheel?
The manual says push in and turn counterclockwise... no movement at all.
This is on a 1966 Toronado.
Thanks in advance

Part number/source of transmission linkage bushings...
Hi,
I am trying to eliminate a load of play in the trans linkage of a '66 Toronado. Does anyone have any idea what the part number is and if they are still available? Does anybody have experience using an alternatively sourced bushing?
Thanks in advance.
Tony

Just added a '66Toro to the collection, best parts sources?
A '66 Toronado was just added to the collection of cars and bikes I care for. The car is mostly done, restoration wise. I am finishing up a few issues with the dash and instrument cluster. Where can I find parts? Looking for instrument panel surround, the fiberglass is cracked in multiple places and...
